Most orders are ready in about 2-3 weeks. After you upload a drawing, we review it and send a detailed quote within 24 hours; production begins once the quote is accepted.

Figures are made with full-color 3D printing using PLA — a plant-based, biodegradable material that's non-toxic and meets standard safety expectations for a handled keepsake. A hand-painted, artisan-finished upgrade is also available.
We ship across the USA. Shipping details and timing are confirmed with your quote.
Your figure is a durable keepsake, but like most PLA 3D-printed pieces it's best kept out of direct sunlight, hot cars, and other high-heat spots, since PLA can soften or warp in heat. Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth rather than soaking it in water. If you have questions about caring for a specific piece, just ask us at hello@toypoplab.com.
Every figure is custom-made from your child's original drawing, so we handle refund and reprint requests case by case rather than with a one-size-fits-all policy.
