These terms cover orders placed through the ToyPop Lab upload form. By submitting the form, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@toypoplab.com before ordering.
Submitting the upload form is a request for a quote, not a final purchase. Prices shown on the site (starting at $120 for a Keepsake, $200 for a Display, and $350 for a Showpiece, plus $80 for a hand-painted finish) are starting estimates. After you submit a drawing, we review it and send a detailed quote, generally within 24 hours. Your order is confirmed only once you accept the quote.
Most orders are ready in about 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary with order volume, complexity, and the material or finish selected.
Your child's original drawing remains the family's property. We do not claim ownership of it.
By submitting a drawing, you grant ToyPop Lab a limited license to reproduce, digitally sculpt, and manufacture the drawing solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling the physical figure or collectible you ordered (and, if you separately opt in, to feature the finished piece in our gallery or marketing). We do not use the artwork for any other purpose.
Figures are produced using full-color PLA 3D printing, a plant-based, biodegradable, non-toxic material. A hand-painted, artisan-finished option is also available for an additional fee. See our FAQ for more detail.
Because every figure is custom-made from your child's original drawing, we handle refund and reprint requests on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right with your order, contact us at hello@toypoplab.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
We work with teachers and schools on classroom projects and fundraisers, including purchase order payments, as described on our homepage. Contact us for group pricing and details.
