ToyPop Lab turns children's drawings into real, full-color 3D-printed toys and collectibles. This policy explains what information we collect when a family places an order or contacts us, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
When you use our upload form or contact form, we collect:
We do not knowingly collect any information directly from children. All information is submitted by the parent or guardian completing the form.
We use the information you provide solely to:
We do not use your child's name, photo, or artwork for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond producing and fulfilling the order you requested, unless you separately and explicitly give us permission (for example, if you ask us to feature a finished piece in our gallery).
Bringing a drawing to life involves digital sculpting and 3D-printing steps. Where we work with outside artisans or manufacturing partners to complete an order, we share only the artwork image and the details needed to produce it (such as size and material selections). We do not sell, rent, or share your family's contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, your child's name, or your child's artwork to anyone.
We keep order information and artwork images for as long as needed to complete your order and to keep a reasonable business record of the transaction. If you'd like us to delete your family's information or your child's artwork from our records sooner, email us at hello@toypoplab.com and we will honor that request, except where we need to retain limited records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
ToyPop Lab is a service directed at parents and guardians, not at children. It is not designed or operated for direct use by children under 13. Every submission — the upload form, the contact form, and the artwork itself — is intended to be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child, and the required consent checkbox on our upload form confirms that. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child, and we do not knowingly permit children to submit the form on their own without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without a parent or guardian's knowledge, please contact us at hello@toypoplab.com so we can promptly delete it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
